We now have a range of cookware that has been designed especially for use in our ovens. Manufactured in WA from local products, these pots have been specifically designed to withstand the high temperatures generated in a wood fired oven. No pre-soaking of these pots is required before initial use and they can also be used in a conventional oven or barbeque. - Get an Alfresco Oven from $8/week

New Metal Stands
Our wood fired pizza ovens are now available with metal stands (with or without castors). See the Oven Gallery for pictures. -
Gas & Commercial Ovens
Due to popular demand, Alfresco is now producing gas-powered and commercial ovens. Our commercial ovens feature a wider mouth to allow two chefs access as well as allowing for the cooking of up to 16 pizzas at a time. Contact Us for more information.
