Alfresco Commercial Oven
The Alfresco Commercial Oven is perfect for cafés and restaurants. With an internal floor area of 1400mm x 1600mm, the Commercial will hold 11 x 30cm pizzas at once. The external dimensions of this oven are 1800mm in width and 1950mm in length and it weighs approximately 2600 kg.
The Commercial is ready to use approximately 100 minutes after light-up and uses about 8 kg of fuel per hour, making it a practical and efficient addition to the cooking repertoire of your business.
Like our other ovens, the Alfresco Commercial is manufactured from the highest quality materials and will make an attractive and valuable addition to any premises. It can be rendered in a colour of your choice and comes with the following:
- Choice of either black or stainless-steel flue
- Choice of either black or stainless-steel door
- Stainless- steel entry plate
- Range of cooking tools
- Site inspection to provide advice on base construction and oven installation (Perth metro area only)
